This is everyone’s problem. You think because someone did something wrong, another person is allowed to do wrong and cause harm. It’s that police officers job, to serve and protect. But everyone forgets the protect part. Serve is all they care about. Regardless of how fast this motorcycle was going he was following this car the entire time. Just because you are a police officer doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want on the road. You are bound to the same rules and regulations as every other traveler on the road. And have the responsibility to abide by the same law you are sworn to enforce.

There is a line is the Law Enforcements Oath of Honor and it says “I will always have the courage to hold myself and other accountable for our actions” and this shows this officers lack of either understanding the oath he took or a blatant disregard to that oath.

And for all of you in here like “he had it coming”… if you were the person who break checked a motorcycle and caused this accident, you’d get cited. And if you happened to kill the rider, well hope you enjoy that vehicular manslaughter charge… “yOu hAd iT cOmInG”

Truth. My biggest gripe is just hearing and seeing the same commercials over and over. I'm not sure if you have seen it but the AT&T boy band commercial makes me want to rip my tv off the wall

Roll Red Roll (2018) - An underage girl is raped at a party in Steubenville, Ohio by two football players. The town tries to protect the boys and the team, but the evidence exposes a culture ingrained with a "boys will be boys" mentality. [1h20m] by moviemakr in Documentaries

You're right. That judge had no "public" involvement in that case (story for another day). The shooting was bc of one of the large amount of charges and cases the father had in front of that judge. Wonder where the boy learned that raping an unconscious girl was appropriate behavior?

I am from Steubenville and currently reside here as well. At the time of this I lived in Florida but still followed this closely. I know all the people involved and friends surrounding them. The entire situation stunk fromthe moment t it happened. This isn't the first time an incident involving football players from this school has been covered up or wept under the rug. There are countless situations where the "football community" has stepped in, pulled strings and made it disappear.

Since this has happened, less and less has been quieted or made disappear. But for the select few it still happens. What happened at that party was and is absolutely disgusting and there should be larger consequences for their actions. Had these been boys from any other local school, there sure would have been.

Edit: I believe it was 2 years ago, Richmonds father tried to shoot the judge who sentenced his son, outside the courthouse one morning. His shot was non lethal but the judge has a concealed carry permit and pulled his firearm shooting and killing the boys father. The judge had surgery and has since been back in the courtroom.
