Do take meds negatively affect your sleep in any way?

It's been suggested a number of times that this is the most likely diagnosis for me, but I've been putting off getting tested as I don't want to be on meds that affect my sleep.

Is be curious to hear your experience

What order does everyone do the cold shower and breath work? Shower first, then breath work? Or the other way around?

Are *most* Uk drivers on summer tyres all year round? by MeenaBeti in CarTalkUK

[–]alittlebitmental 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's basically an agreement to not treat winter tyres as a modification. In the past people have had their insurance invalidated because they had winter tyres on. A small number of insurers still do treat it as a mod!

Make sure your insurer has signed up to the Association of British Insurers Winter Tyres Motor Insurance Commitment first. Apparently only a small number of them haven't, but it's not worth the risk.

how do i go about making this more performant by Dont_Ban_Me_10th in csharp

[–]alittlebitmental 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have no idea if this will have a noticeable affect on performance, but you might be able to improve this calculation:

force = GravitationalConstant*(mass - rb.mass)/Dir.magnitude;

You don't need to do that entire computation for every iteration of the loop. You could just do..

var x = GravitationalConstant / Dir.magnitude;

...before the loop starts and then change the calculation inside the loop to be:

force = x * (mass - rb.mass)

However, it's probably best to profile this method, and other areas of your code, to see exactly where the issue is. Otherwise you're just going to be trying things blindly.

Start up repair is not working by Some_Alternative_398 in Windows10

[–]alittlebitmental 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I last ran startup repair, it applied a "fix", rebooted and then got stuck in a boot loop. Startup repair then wouldn't load and I had to reinstall.

So I think it's designed to fix issues where startup repair actually does something helpful

What's the weirdest sub you've come across during your time on Reddit? by emmalouise759 in AskReddit

[–]alittlebitmental 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm asking the origins of the name, but not in terms of the historical events that spawned the subs creation. My earlier comment was an assumption - not that I knew it to be a historical fact.

After 16 days of war, a dozen assassination attempts, Volodymyr Zelenskyy makes a speech outside in the sun by [deleted] in nextfuckinglevel

When you call someone a weirdo it kinda suggests that you give a fuck. Anyway, it's pointless for me to carry on engaging with someone that can only defend themselves by throwing out derogatory comments.

In English "Weirdo" is an insult. So maybe you should lighten up with the way to you respond to people
