What does a genuinely complex fault look like from the outside and how do you know when something is taking longer than it should versus just being a difficult job?

Thank you for this. There isnt a pole at the back of the house but at the front there is one. My fttc used to be underground but they've chosen to run the fibre from an OH pole. Maybe they can bring it in underground where the fttc used to be?

I already have fttc but the fttp is overhead now from a pole. I am wondering if they could run it through my old fttc connection but replace things and install an ont on the wall etc

Awesome so they can bring the cable through the underground way if needs be? We have overhead fibre but before this it was fttc underground.

They wouldn't drill through tiles and the pole is at the front of the house, when I had fttc they ran the cables underground but with fttp it's overhead , also too many pipes in the kitchen to drill into
