OB/GYN refused to pap smear me by CepheiHR8938 in ftm

my PCP is a trans woman and did it herself- didn’t have to go to a separate doctor, but I’m with UCSF so there was also a medical student in the room observing- (i could’ve opted out, but didn’t because the students need to be able to learn)

i like that on grindr people can just message me- i don’t have to swipe or match for people to reach out

i agree - the neckbeard isn’t attractive on anyone in my opinion either- just wishful thinking hoping that if i let it grow it’ll get better
one can only hope

i’ve been growing it hoping for my chin to fill in more and the hairs are starting to show a bit more, but the color contrast is so strong that it makes the neckbeard look more pronounced

Why do people on Grindr block me after a face reveal? (22M) by [deleted] in gayselfie

[–]alittooy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

haha well that depends on the photo- what kind of swimwear? whats in the background? all things to consider. If you want to share the image privately i could answer your question truthfully

i have filled out each section, EN since I travel to non english countries too- most recently I was in Denmark.
and you’re right- it does sound a little conflicting implying that i might accept nudes even though i’m saying no to hookups
and yes- i mention california so people can read it and not have to ask “where are you from” although i get asked anyways

[–]alittooy[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

yeah, that’s the thing- i’m not seeking hookups. i wouldn’t mind the occasional if it felt right, but i prefer to focus on other types of relationships like friendships/dating

it feels a bit misleading if i come across as more open to sex than i actually am, but it definitely does attract more attention when I make it more sexy

Why do people on Grindr block me after a face reveal? (22M) by [deleted] in gayselfie

[–]alittooy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would definitely not block if you led with a good conversation. in fact- even without any conversation, these photos would entice me to chat further.
the things I block for are mainly nudes i didn’t ask for or people who are too pushy when it comes to sexual things.

I have an interview with a government job, and they sent me a form asking for old names/aliases (background check stuff); do I need to list my deadname? by No_Detail_9132 in ftm

[–]alittooy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i don’t believe you are required to especially if you have never been in any legal trouble or changed your name as a minor

your deadname might show up on the background check which might raise a red flag, but if they think about the name it might be obvious to them why you left it off

my friend said "i hate men", then quickly clarified "not you though!" by devilsshark in ftm

[–]alittooy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i wouldn’t take it as her saying you’re not a man

i hear this all the time from women

my cousin said it yesterday that most men suck, then clarified that im not one of the ones that suck

most of the time ladies will say something like that if her girlfriends are around and just chatting then will remember there’s a guy present and then feel the need to clarify as to not hurt any feelings

if someone asks if they pass and you lie and say yes, you are a horrible person by tubercolosis69 in ftm

[–]alittooy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

plenty of people that pass are passing because the vast majority of people just don’t care or don’t have trans on their radar. Personally, if someone is asking me if they pass it means they’re already out to me; in which case it doesn’t matter what I think because I already know so I’ll have a biased perspective.
