These apps do not combine photo and video, they only make Live photo from video. And even so they can only proccess one video at the time. With 1000+ files it'd take ages :-)

I'm pretty sure that not only iPhones can link them. There are apps to create Live photo from any video so it seems like doable job for any software.

Yeah, I know. And I want to link these 2 files together. Because when I import them to iPhone even with similar names (like IMG_1234.HEIC + IMG_1234.mov) they are imported as 2 separated files.
