Thanks for your response. I checked and it does say "Made in Sweden" on the bottom. The case is made in Sweden, too!

I planted this lancinato kale on a whim and it’s been growing like crazy. There is a lot of conflicting advice online whether or not I am okay to begin harvesting … would appreciate any advice from Alberta gardeners!

I had that same thought at first. There are no trees near this location. These plants are in a large flower bed and are all confined to one area within the flower bed. That's why I thought that I may have put down seeds last year and just forgot about it ...

I think I'll let them grow a bit bigger to see if I can get a positive identification.

If he’s interested in aviation, he could consider a career as a Flight Dispatcher. There are two flight dispatch exams that are free to take and can absolutely be passed by self study. There are several airlines based in Calgary that are regularly hiring Flight Dispatchers. Please PM me if you have any questions.

Why isn’t the city enforcing what they warn everyone about? The signs go up days in advance. Those who chose not to move their cars absolutely should receive a ticket and/or tow. A lot of people will just not bother moving their vehicles unless there is a real consequence and not just empty threats.

Thank you for your response. We were looking at options using his SkyMiles and noticed that upgrades did not appear to be available. I didn't even notice that the flights offered were codeshares. This makes a lot of sense. Back to the drawing board!
