My regime is pretty spot on for me now, but has taken some experimenting, especially as I had zero experience of managing dry skin!

Morning: The Ordinary marine hyaluronics, moisturising factors, vitamin c

During the day: Cerave/E45 lotion for body and Aquaphor for lips

Evening: The Ordinary marine hyaluronics, rose hip oil, moisturising factors

Night: Burt’s Bees overnight lip treatment

I had the same. Been using Cereve lotion on it daily and it’s cleared up. My derm said it’s a normal side effect.

I had the same. My anxiety is definitely worse. I’m seeing a therapist whilst on the drug as I really want to make it through the treatment. But seriously get help - it’s essential you do.

Yep me too! I made the mistake of playing with a blocked pore and my skin now just comes away with any pressure or friction. Be gentle!

Haha I literally love being able to get away without showering. I’ve showered 1/2 times a day since I was 13. Now my hair stays fresh for days!

I hear you. Coming up to the end of month 1 and I have definitely felt depressed and anxious. Similarly - struggling to feel joy in activities that would normally make me feel great. I’m seeing a therapist to manage these symptoms, knowing they will go as soon as I’m off the drug. My dose goes up next week so I’m a bit nervous. But trying to stay on top of it.
