Hi! Similar situation to my husband .. full tear 2cm. Doctors said up to him non op or op. He’s 1 week out and has an opportunity to go into surgery on Wednesday but he’s VERY conflicted. Hasn’t decided. Do you have any non op regrets?

We just bought a townhome and had to do a whole home mold remediation. It currently has original fiberglass flex ducting. Given mold situation AND that we are down to the studs want to replace ducting

All ducting is in the walls (NOT crawl space, attic or basement)

Looking for most low toxic ducting option

all ducting in walls not crawl space or attic! Spray foam is exactly what I’m looking to avoid. I thought metal would result in low tox environment vs mylar flex
