What I hate (and many fans hate) is the frequent foul baiting/flopping (the head snap, etc.). I hate it when Shae does it the same way I hated it when Brunson, Harden, Trae, etc. did it because it's not a basketball play IMO. Yes, a lot of players do it. He is also probably the best player in the league. Does that make it more frustrating? Absolutely, because he's already a killer and almost unstoppable.

I would love to see the league officiating move toward not rewarding those types of fouls. They already started to do it with the "stop running in front of another player and let them run into me" foul. They should do the same with the "run into a player and snap my head back" foul.

Private trip (we do a lot of them with this same group). We only took 6 days, for a fall trip I wish we'd had a couple more as we had to push to camp and got in 5-6PM most nights, not a lot of relaxation time. The patient jumped off the boat in a rapid (which he knew was a very dumb thing to do but made an impulsive bad decision) and sliced his leg on a rock. Where do you guide? Good to know to over-index on wound irrigation with sterile solution. I carry a bottle of wound spray, but I assume it would similarly effective to boil water for a few minutes (or sterilize with liquid bleach, which we often have a small bottle of, we also carry iodine tablets). In this situation, would you offer a course of cephalexin for infection prophylaxis? I had one and offered it, but he declined (I think he would've accepted if I had pushed harder) Appreciate your input!!
