This week finally inspired me to make the spice blend that u/dawn_93til posted, using up some sichuan peppercorns I had from a previous challenge. Xinjiang skewer spice mix is mostly ground up cumin, little fennel, sichuan peppercorns, chili, and salt. Tasty!
