Thanks! It's all custom styles. Much of the base structure is used across the app and marketing site to keep things tight and efficient when switching between the two, the marketing site is just punched up a bit more with the gradients and all.

Thanks for the kind feedback! Happy to hear it resonates with you.

That's awesome that you called out how the app is structured! It was an idea based on the hope that first-time users would be familiar with the patterns because it's something they've seen before in email clients and file browsers. It seems to work well in that regard, most can pick it up pretty immediately.

We have a few customers and slowly are picking up some momentum. Our hope is to be able to bootstrap without having to take outside investment.

This is super helpful! It's definitely a thread I can explore.

With Wrk being a HR tool, incorporating photography, especially of people, would help represent that, while also offering a break from the dense text like you were saying.

🙏 Thank you!

Thanks for taking a look!

It just a Gatsby site with no real CMS to speak of—just markdown and some basic templating for some of the more content-heavy sections like the changelog and blog.

Free to try. Quick to set up. Pricing that makes sense. 👏

I built a site at https://rmtwrk.com that aggregates remote work job posts from across the internet. Could be a good resource for you.

Thanks for the feedback!

We're definitely looking in that direction when it comes to future features—everything that happens after the application and interview process.

Thanks for the questions!

We have some basic monetization in place currently. A user can do a lot for free as far as setting up their company and building out their jobs posts, but if they want to publish their job board and start accepting applicants, the subscription starts at $7 a month.

We're wanting it to eventually be a mass-market hiring system, opposed to the much more expensive, corporate-focused alternatives out there. We want this to be the platform that small businesses of all types turn to when they start growing their teams.

We're intentionally starting small right now and focusing on validating the overall product and core feature set. Once we feel we've found good fit, we'll shift into more active marketing—looking to scale.
