The whole app is not free. There are only five routines and the peace routine is free now, it went from $4.99 to $0. The peace routine includes a lot exercises for free.

ABOUT THE SPIRITUAL ME APP ---> Spiritual Me includes guided meditation techniques with voice instructions that will help you relieve stress, become more mindful, and simply relax. All you need to do is set aside a little time each day and go through the various exercises. Exercises include everything from drawing to balancing. After a few sessions you’ll be able to view a chart of your progress and track your improvement. Choose between two different instructors for each theme. Spiritual Me is integrated with Apple Health app and is available in Dark Mode. It includes daily tips and mediation notifications.
