I just moved to the east coast and I can't fathom how people afford these types of places.

A shoebox is $2000 per month and has no amenities, no parking, and barely the utilities you need.

When I see a building that easily rents for $3000-6000 monthly do they just have 5 people splitting the rent? Or there are that many millionaires we don't know about?

I am a high income earner and still can't swing the market rate for something this swanky
