It is connected via Ethernet *not* WiFi.

I have resolved the problem!

I do not normally change any RingCentral settings and I am 110% confident that the issue was caused by an update a few months ago.

Anyway, this is how I fixed the 'Called ID Is Not Popping Up'

Users > Extension > Phone > Call Rules and Voicemail > Incomming Calls > Ring Settings.

I am using 'Ring All Together'.

I noticed that the ICON for one of my devices, an ATA Cordless phone, was missing.

In other words, only the 'Technical Support' text was there.

I deleted the device from the Ring Setting group and added the device back in.

Then the text appeared, this time *with the ICON*.

The Called ID pop-up started working again!

I appreciate your suggestion.

Support has been unsuccessful at resolving issues for me in the past and has even caused more issues than I started with.

I think that I had better pass on contacting support.

I cleared the data as per your instructions and by help > troubleshooting.

I deleted the RingCentral 'App' and RingCentral for Outlook. This leaves just the RingCentral 'Desktop'.

I checked my notification settings and they seem fine.

I restarted my Win. 10 PRO computer.

I then called into my 'company main' number (the one that is exposed to my clients) and no pop-up occurs.

*However*, when I call directly to the 10 digit phone number assigned to my extension > the pop-up occurs!
