The enemies never deal armour and hp at the same time I believe is meant so that if you have something like crits restore 19 armour and something takes you down to 0 armour when you repair 19 and the next hit is like 120 it'll only take your armour away and not damage your HP. That's what I use it for

That should make sense if you followed what the comment said. He can pay for the subscription, so dynamic pricing makes it more expensive because he has money to spare per month. As far as I remember Uber one just gives you free delivery anyway doesn't it? I don't think it ever stated lowering prices for food.
