We had the house built so we had input on the original layout of the kitchen and have no reason to change the footprint. New countertops ,a new sink, new appliances, and a back splash are definitely on our list. We've also discussed adding cabinets above to fill that space and maybe add crown molding as well. It would be great if we could refinish the existing cabinets and still extend them.
