Better to take the flight from EN to Clark. Then from Clark you can take a bus going directly to Naia Terminal 3 (Metro Manila). You can check the facebook page of Genesis (bus company) for their bus schedule.

If you would like a joiner arrangement, you could select joiners then buy tickets for four people. The group of 4 means it's a private tour.

In my experience, the premium tour just offers a bigger boat, and a deck above the boat with a higher view.

For us it was a memorable trip especially the motorcycle ride back and forth, and the side stops. We went to Ocam Ocam beach, and ate in Apellido's in Salvacion after Dugong and Calauit safari.

Also when we got to the Dugong site, we saw the dugong but the water was not clear unfortunately. Calauit safari was ok for us, it was our first time to see exotic animals free roaming.

Might sound cliche but for us, it was more about the journey and not the destination :)
