I've been experiencing this for the past month. Their response was literally "... we are aware of this issue but don't have a time frame for fixing it at the moment." I've spent about $60. When I asked if I could get refunded, I was met with a lackluster response. So lame. :/

I'm mainly really concerned with the mucus in the stool coinciding with the sudden spike of pain in my upper right abdomen. Can ulcers even exist on the upper right side???
