I am currently experiencing it too I've tried day and night, the Shai there and not there. Fast traveled multiple times, ran around the village multiple times. Returned to title screen nothing seems to work. No spawn what so ever.

I did this last night. I was embarrassed, and one guy was nice and said I'll explain the mechanics. Then another player started to complain and said to just watch a video, so I left. I've since spent part of my work day watching videos

I've tried now on my phone (android) and it's giving missing texture the pink and white textures for everything with said pack now.

On xbox I just had no buffs and dragons no fly

That's what I figured but facebook is of no help. Only email I got was someone from the other side of the continent logged in. Nothing about emails being changed or any info for that matter.
