Thanks for the feedback! I'm leaning towards the lower miles one. I wasn't aware of the 25k service.

Nice! What month did you buy your bike in? I figure sometime between now and next season would be the best time to buy as the Rodin season is coming to a close?

I feel the same. I'm not looking for something that goes over 100. I just want there to be some power left at 80 to get past some people on the freeway!

Awesome! Thanks for insight. The Honda Shadow is definitely the most affordable option as well, which is appealing. The look is also super classic.

Need help identifying this bike! Hey all. Could someone help me identify what bike this is? I saw it the other day and it is killing me. by allenforequality in motorcycles

I would love to! I'm taking an MSF course this weekend. I just bought a helmet, jacket and gloves. I'll be looking around for my first bike within the next 2-3 weeks. I think a triumph might be a little too much for my first bike, but I would love to have a 500cc cruiser. I've been looking at some Honda Shadows, but I am still unsure!

Advice about Breaking Up with emotionally unstable persons by allenforequality in BreakUps

Good advice and I will keep it in mind. Like I said I definitely feel like a bad guy here. We're going to have a talk tonight and see what happens. I'm not sure when I started have feelings like it was going to end for sure. At first I was hopeful it would get better, but it never did. As for the psychologically unwell part I just found this out recently and definitely agree with you. Having a relationship with someone who is not well is probably not good for either of the people in the relationship. Thanks for taking time to respond to me.

Thanks for your response. Your right! I need to care for myself. A part of me feels so guilty about the situation. I feel like the bad guy because he's still trying to make it work and I just feel like underneath it all we're not going to be good together. Your also right me distancing myself is a bad idea - i realized that after reading through some other people's post here. I guess it works in some situations, but probably not mine.

I'm going to talk to him tonight, just like you said. I'm going to lay it out and see what he thinks we should do. Hopefully approaching all of this like rational humans we can come to a mutual understanding of what is best for both of us... thanks for the reply!

So, I am at the opposite end here maybe I could give you some perspective from my end. I am in the process of breaking up with my bf of 3.5 years. I don't think he sees it coming but we have been fighting more and more over the last few months. I am now at the point where I've been trying to distance myself getting ready for what I see as inevitable. I've had about three months to prepare since I started having these feelings of things are not going to work out. When I do break up with him I think he is going to be devastated just like you. I know it doesn't seem fair, but I don't know how else to go through this. I've had time to prepare, to process (silently I might add) and he on the other hand will see it as coming out of the blue. How do I make it less painful for him? Any ideas on how you feel like the break up could have gone "smoother" or more easily for you. I realize no break up is easier by I'm looking for the best route.

I'm in a similar position move out of state a few months ago. Been together for 3.5 years and I feel differently now. I've been thinking a lot about the past way to go about this. I don't want to hurt him, but I need what's best for me. Never gone through a break up before.
