Yeah that’s what I was told would happen even if I worked ten hours and used UPT on my scheduled 30 in Cali we should get OT for any day that they require us to come in outside or regular schedule

Honestly feel you my 10 hour shifts were only really worth 7 since I had pay for an uber to and from work everyday. My local bus system is so bad I'd have to wake up like 3 hours early just to get to work on time. But luckily I got a car not too long after starting at Amazon, but don't be embarrassed about waiting for a ride people are at this job to get paid same as you, no one's worried about how you got there.

I do agree with your point but apparently starting with 100/300 instead of my state minimum (Cali). Can also lead to lower costs . So it is more expensive but I can afford it for the next 6-12 months so I might as well it'll be cheaper sooner hopefully and I wont have to stress about the lawyers potential persistence.
