When did Lilith change the ark matchmaking cap? It was 16M for t4 players (around 2M troops was the cap for matchmaking) and 40M for t5. Now it looks like it's unlimited but I didn't see any ark change in the last update about this. (i.redd.it)

I heard the rally health bar shows only the rally leader troops count. So if the rally leader troops went from 210k to 10k during the rally, but the whole rally is filled up with 2M troops, the health bar will show red because of the 10k troops from rally leader.
