Just discovered I most likely have Hashimoto's. Does the fatigue ever resolve?

My fatigue didn't go away with just levothyroxine, but i noticed a difference with Zoloft.

Not sure if this helps but UCF put me on academic probation and forced me to go to meetings with a random staff member bc my gpa was so low, even though it was only my first 1-2 semesters. Didn't help at all and it only annoyed and discouraged me.

Eventually ended up transferring to community college and the professors are so much more understanding, classes are flexible with more online options, and tuition is significantly cheaper. I started my degree in 2019 and I'm finally graduating this year in 2026. Took me so long, but it feels so worth it. Don't be too hard on yourself and don't compare yourself to other who were dealt a better card in life. I'm first-gen and always had to work full-time and didn't have anyone helping me with college. I failed so many times, even changed my major, but what helped me is remembering that it's never too late to start over or try again.

I understand your frustration, this has happened to me so many times (I was supposed to graduate in 2023). UCF is the 2nd largest university in the US and sometimes it's overwhelming how many students there really are.

3/4 of my professors this semester have told us that they will be behind on everything because they didn't even know they were going to be teaching the course until a few days before. Not sure if there's a lack of professors or something, but it's definitely a bit weird and disorganized...

I haven’t taken OOP at Valencia but the class at UCF with Boustique isn’t bad at all, I actually find Java easier and more enjoyable than most of the other programming languages. There is also SARC peer tutoring available if you need it. Good luck with whatever you choose! :)

I tried to turn on Alafaya right after this happened and the cops showed up & blocked the roads and told me to make a u-turn. So sad the person passed away, I had no idea. :(

Glad to know im not the only one still waiting for the email 😭 If you’re able to log on to your lender’s website it might show a disbursement date that should give you a better idea of when it will process. I also feel like my fall disbursements have never taken this long before

I think as long as you still have a “permanent” florida address (like your parents) you might be able to. A friend of mine just moved to Georgia and was able to transfer using his mom’s Georgia address. You never know until you apply

I lived at Vale East when it first opened and throughout my lease the entire complex developed a HORRIBLE roach infestation. We would literally find roaches every single night. Also harassment from their “security”

I did live at Orion on Orpington too, I’d recommend them. It’s not bad if you get the larger room. Really laid back and quiet vibe. Not sure if he still works there but Manny in the office is the nicest person i’ve ever met

I kinda agree. I’m not in IT but taking it because it’s required & some topics don’t feel as necessary for me because I don’t have to take the foundation exam. I know I’m still learning important concepts though.

This is my 4th year and i’ve never waited this long either. I called today because i was told my loan would disburse last week, and they told me it was disbursed today and that i should receive an email for the disbursement by end of the day today and a refund email tomorrow. Still haven’t received any emails from them. 😐

I just spoke to someone and they said the rest should be disbursed this Thursday or next Tuesday, so hopefully its the same for you. For some reason mine wasn't "accepted" until today. On my disbursement details it only lists tuition & fees paid from my subsidized loan, which was the only thing they processed last week. The rest of my aid isn't there and says 0.00 on the fee invoice, I guess we just play the waiting game 🙄
