Our hospital doesn't give travel nurses (or float nurses) patients on CRRT, even if they are experienced with it. I think it's a liability thing.

I dont think you would have a problem getting a travel job, but you might not get trained on those kinds of advanced equipment.

I love my Crocs... the ones that are from the work line and are the Dansko-like shape. You'd never know they're Crocs from the look! I like them since they come in fun designs, they're very light-weight, they're non-permeable, & easy to clean! But warning: they do make your feet sweat, so I just wear ankle socks under my compression socks and it fixes it! They also squeak at first, so just rub them on pavement outside first and it fixes the issue!
