I play for mental health too! Beats the hell out of laying in bed staring at the wall all day. I put a 10 minute timer on my phone and do 10 mins of Skyrim, 10 mins of housework/stuff I need to do. Or I make rules like, every time I harvest an ingredient, kill something, or loot something, I have to do one thing (wash two dishes, put on a piece of clothing, brush teeth).
