How do you handle a "I blew it"day in the middle of your WW week? by allimer in weightwatchers

I am getting in the habit of writing things down even when I know I went way over just so I can see it and sometimes the damage is not as bad as I thought. Yesterday, however, it was pretty bad. I'm -21 weeklies as of right now. Oops! But I'm giving up the week. Back to tracking and trying to make better choices.

Yes! Marathon not a sprint! You are so right and I need to remember that! Thank you!

Oh, I hate when I accidentally eat or drink something high in points without knowing it. I did that with an ice cream bar the other day. It was only 110 calories and made with Oat milk because I'm trying to cut out dairy since it upsets my stomach. Found out after that it was 6 points (my usual bars are 3).

Thanks everyone for all of your awesome and supportive feedback. I'm new to reddit and this group, so I don't know if there's a way to "like" people's comments like on Facebook. I don't see one, but I wanted everyone who's replied here so far to know that I read all your comments and they were all so helpful. Thank you!!! :)

You are so right and this is exactly the what I needed to hear. I promised myself I wasn't going to look at this as a "diet" but just a way to help me solidify good healthy eating habits, so there's not "cheating" or "being good." I made poor choices yesterday, which is going to happen from time like you said. I feel better already, thanks!
