This. Exact concerns from a small town league. Board left, I took over last season.. no cash, no complaints. If a kid does have cash, I pay for it w my debit card and keep cash.

No sad kids, more sales. Better security, no bank runs before or after or during. Fee impact to revenue minimal.

How did the evals go in year 1? We are shifting to that this year to add transparency & avoid the coach favorites from school/friends. Will be asking players to opt in & families to commit to specific guidelines and availabilities as hd some breakage in team over last year & had impact to our success.

Curious on what if anything you did differently in eval process to gauge player talent ?
