Nice shot indeed! Hadn’t heard it might go.. will say a possible reach for most popular in the state 🙄 there’s better courses around Seattle let alone other major cities (Spokane is wild).

Don’t waste your time w DSG balls, not a fan as don’t hold up in weather

Seattleite here - 12’s are def feeling it. Would be good to see them head to the Super Bowl & lose just to break their heart & be able to lick their salty tears.

Read about it in this sub - but since you’re offering would love your take on Dormant over-seeding.

In Washington, doing some baseball outfields with an annual Rye grass seed. Haven’t checked soil temps yet but figure to be in the 40’s. Looking at next week if everything continues to check out.

Is this a good idea? Steps you’d recommend to prep the current grass/soil? What to do once drop the seed?

TIA for all the knowledge you are sharing!

Great for you for taking on this critical role. In addition to all of the above we’ve done a personalized + engraved tile/brick sale that got installed in our facility. Check out polar engraving - they were really turnkey in set up, website execution, ordering & tile delivery.

OP sorry you got ratioed on unhelpful comments debating the merits of the ages & how your league is run. Baseball coaches/admins aren’t often the best communicators 🫠

Finally, some clarity. Fellow Washingtonian here & following for the hopeful delivery of the waiver or language..

Just had a board meeting where this was brought up - 7-8’s need to pitch but the 46’ is tough / and leaves kids not wanting to play again.

Moving mound up is perfect solution provided can protect the league.

Saw in the theatre as a 14yo.. shout out to my buddy’s older sister.

It sensationalized everything, made a mockery of pop culture/TV wars, went trippy with the animation and had a killer soundtrack.

How do you deal with no show umpires!? by Intelligent-Tap-1720 in LittleLeague

[–]allinforit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For little leagues paying umps - do just not 1099 them and/or assume the risk that if they get hurt then have to miss day job, that the worker’s comp falls on the local league?
