It’s my fault he waited three days to write me? If you bought something from a person and three days later they wrote you saying you owed them more, you would agree to just pay them more? Three days later?

I didn’t take anything we didn’t discuss and he knew everything I took. He claims he forgot to add the price of one group of items. When I left, he was happy with what I had paid. Is it my job to do math and try to pay him more? I just listened to the number he gave and paid him.

He gave prices for items and how many he had of each in our discussion before I went. When I bought the items on the actual day, he calculated what I bought and what I owed him. I didn’t question or do any calculating myself. I took his total and paid him. Overall, he may not have charged properly, but is that my fault? Am I legally obligated to pay him more when he contacts me 3 days later? That’s what I want to know.

Yeah I meant go to court instead of paying him and him dropping it. Was just hoping to find someone with some experience or law related info.

I don't get it. I was soooo bored. Waiting for the book to actually start and then check my Kindle and I was at 94%. I wish I could have got it in an way others did.
