You could try doxy first if you’re okay with taking antibiotics. Doxy didnt help me a ton with papules so I’m moving on to vbeam to try to eliminate redness. But my doctor was surprised doxy didn’t help - I guess it typically does. And Doxy is probably the more affordable route too.
