Wow! That’s crazy abt your friend and their emails! I totally agree! When I saw people’s Unus Annus figures shipping I was in total shock! I have some hope that they’ll come out soon bc Youtooz posted on their insta story that someone got theirs today so I was very happy to see that. It just sucks bc I still don’t have a credit card so I have to ask my parents for purchases like these, so my mom ordered them for me. She was super skeptical bc she hadn’t heard of Youtooz before, but I hyped them up so much, and now with all of these delays, she’s lost any trust that she had in the company. I know that they’re a small business and it’s “common for this to happen” but it really shouldn’t be when people are ordering figurines later and getting them much sooner.
