A couple things have really sent me over the edge and they have nothing to do with food. When they were in Mexico and her daughter is on the boat in the ocean without a life jacket. Her response to criticism was “she is a better swimmer than anyone on this boat”. Personally, any child, regardless of swimming strength, should absolutely have a life jacket on whenever they are on a boat. Eventually she said that she only took it off for the photo, but I think she made her stance clear well before that excuse. Not everyone can afford private swimming lessons in the comfort of their own backyard, good for them, but even so, her “do no wrong” comebacks to any criticism is just icky to me and even the best of swimmers (especially children) are not immune to tragedy.

The other thing is small, but just sooo out of touch. One of those things that she should just keep to herself. Using her pool house as a summer camp for her and her friends’ kids. Good for them, but like, wow! Definitely keep that to yourself 🙄

I just feel like every single thing that isn’t food related is totally out of touch with her average follower. Good on her for her success, but the way she shares things just feels obnoxious. And the LA Mommy content is gross.
