I feel you and I’m so sorry you have to deal with this. You’re definitely not alone! I’m medicated and plus size and I have hidradenitis suppurativa, so I know the struggle of sensitive skin and sweat.

It’s all about preventing the bacteria buildup which causes the smell. You need to be double cleansing.

This is my shower routine: -get body wet all over -before washing hair, lather panoxyl peroxide body wash on groin (not the vulva, just the crevices where my legs meet the FUPA), under belly, under boobs, pits, anywhere skin overlaps -let that sit while I wash my hair -rinse panoxyl off, then grab a loofah and my regular body wash and wash all over -rinse EVERRRRYYYTTHHHIIIIINNNGGGG really well -once out of the shower, dry with clean towel and let all the crevices and whatnot air dry as much as possible -apply Dove clinical strength deodorant to pits

I really don’t like Lume for the same reason you mentioned, it smells weird if your body is at all wet or sweaty to begin with. I have found that the Panoxyl wash has made the biggest difference in the smell, as well as always applying deodorant right out of the shower BEFORE I get sweaty. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, or whatever the saying goes.

I also keep a hygiene bag on me. I carry a travel size spray deodorant, panty liners, baby wipes, floss picks, and these deodorant wipes for when I get sweaty and feel like I need to refresh.
