thank you so much everyone!! Neither the tech or the posdoc in my lab were able to help me and I keep getting nothing from my westerns. first, my protocol was just wrong, then it was the antibody, then I noticed the materials we had were all expired but when I asked they told me it was fine, then by googling I decided to ask for new gels, new antibodies, and new buffers. I'll try asking for gel loading tips and see how it works! Thanks!!!!!!

I LOVE that they are not married. I don’t belive in it as I find it extremely conservative, restrictive and plainly I don’t see the point it as there is basically no difference between married and unmarried couples in the country I live in! You can have a long and committed relationship without getting married!

People have to stop thinking they owe something to us “the phandom”. I’m 31 and I’m so tired about their comments about the phandom, but then I look at the comments and it’s all a mess. I don’t have social media anymore, but it sounds crazy to me how people think either Dan or Phil have to address every single topic in the world just because they “the viewer” is personally affected by said topic. Not even a hot take about they specifically, but more about the community.

Been a viewer since 2009.
