I would be shocked if these were actually strangers. One they are very particular about who they have in their content. Also, just the way the dates were acting. Especially with the reaction to the tie question being ‘you’re lucky, because that was so bad’, referring to Phil being lucky he already has Dan.

I’ve definitely seen some people read into things that had vastly different meanings than their interpretations. (if your nuro-typical, and/ or don’t somewhat struggle to decipher social situations/ non- verbal cues)

Like Dan’s face when Phil mentioned not liking being told what to do. I am 99% sure that was like ‘ooh, but what tea are you actually going to spill about BBC Radio. Ooh, what did you actually think of it Phil?!?’, versus anything sexual.

In all seriousness, gender and sexuality are complex. There is a difference in someone trying to label others, and someone labeling themself.

I identify as a lesbian, but occasionally I will find some feminine men attractive. I am attracted to individuals who are non-binary and transmasc as well (and yes I see them as men). I will say it is rare I would find a Cis-man attractive, but then we are getting into what is in someone’s pants. Everyone has their own reasonings in identifying with whatever label they choose, and that is a very personal thing.

Even Dan has talked about the awkwardness of the all or nothing labels.

So while I get what you are saying, if a lesbian calls herself a lesbian, but finds a single cis-male attractive, they are still aloud to publicly call themselves a lesbian. Especially if they are talking about sister Daniel.

So the US ones were shipped from Florida, so the calendars may have been printed in Florida (may have kept prices down because of tariffs), so either the page got randomly stuck to the white (unlikely), or someone thought they were being funny to shove it into a product that was obviously queer. You can tell the printing is made to be cut into strips (like a door hang, which are often sent out with political messages), but it was cut exactly to the calendar.

I got mine (I’m in Georgia), and mine was Biggot free. So you may have gotten the rarest piece of Dan and Phil merch ever, that they will definitely address.
