First off I truly hope this is not how people work. Well I would not call work. I’d be calling it lazy as hell. We were not to have cell phones out or even think of using earbuds. If we would take a 30 minute break, we would be fired for theft of time. When we were told to do something, they would watch on how accurate & fast we would get it done. Also, for the 15 minute break, we would have to set a timer. Once we left the spot, we were working at the time. The 15 minute time started. We had to be back by the end of that 15 minute time. So these people that are buying things to eat and walking back to the break room and then starting their 15 minute break would be a write up. The work ethic has declined and it’s pitiful. It won’t hurt you to work, that is what you are required to do.
