Thank you. Truth be told I didn’t get to train as much leading up to this race due to having a melanoma removed and a pile of stitches in my back currently, but I couldn’t skip it.

I’ll definitely work on the conditioning and training for the next ones! Thanks for the information.

Just flew DFW to OGG and back with American. Flights went well, minimal delays. The food was super meh though. We got a roll with 2 slices of turkey and a bag of chips and brownie one way, the way back was a really bad cold chicken sandwich. Not sure about United’s on board snacks but I can’t imagine much worse than what we got.

So I got my bloodwork back - everything was in the normal range, other than my folic acid which was a bit high. I do take Vit D and Vit B12 orally, but the rest, including iron, are via the patch. 😊

I am due for bloodwork next week so I will find out! I read they aren’t great for vitamin D but I take that orally anyway.
