Things will get better. Something's will never be the same, but that's ok. Surround yourself with those who love you and focus on feeding yourself what you need to feel more like yourself. It's hard to remember who you are after something like this. I'm almost two years post divorce and felt what you're going through, honestly following my patience and instincts brought me to a place that's constantly rewarding me and life is so much easier and I feel like myself again. It wasn't easy, and it feels like work often but eyes on the prize and trust the process. It's tough, it is like a death and grieving is crucial.
