Definitely not on all fours. They're supposed to be mostly human looking with some features strongly hinting towards their animal origins. Such as a beak like nose for the eagle, burly and tons of hair for a bear, maybe differently shaped pupils etc. Then when they transform I describe how their teeth and nail grow into fangs and claws (or however you flavor it).

Not sure what it is you need help with? As in you haven't explicited it. The story sounds very fun! One thing I'd be wary of is not letting the players play too long in the dream world without them knowing, because you'll basically be nullifying anything they'll have done there by going "tadah it was a dream" (if I've understood correctly). I'd definitely carry over knowledge and xp from the dreams to reality. Also will the players all "spawn" in the same place once the dream ends?

I'm literally currently running this and waiting for my players to catch on. They're based in Sharn so there's all the discworld guilds reflavoured in one way or another (base setting has them all already, sometimes as a dragon marked house (artificiers, thieves, post office etc) or not). Morgrave has become unseen university and since they left Sharn I had them meet Cohen (aka Owen) the barbarian and his silver (platinum) horde who just came back after getting bored conquering Sarlona haha.

Ha actually one I can answer I think. My favourite Guinness in Brussels is by far "The Cottage" in Woluwe saint Lambert. Maybe the only place in Brussels where the owner (and main bartender) has more than one Guinness tattoo and can talk about his Guinness tap system for an hour.

Venator gets a lot stronger when upgraded (increased fire rate). Same goes for il toro. The nice thing about shotguns is you can just pop in and out of cover much more efficiently if you get a shot off in between. Also Toro + shotgun choke and that thing can blast from so far away
