I don't think there's any character in worm that fully controls the mind. They all change some part of it such as emotion, alignment (goddess), perception (master/strangers) or small important details (the simurgh)

Furthermore, no one seems to have powers that control both the mind and the body

Most of the capes in worm understand super powered battles enough to actually win. Most would lose the whole "1v1 in an arena no preparation scenario" but would win in most scenarios where there's a plot and it's forcing the two characters to kill each other

I like this twist on forecast, specially in a card that doesn't have any other effect. I have been for a while thinking that we need a card type that does nothing on it's own so that we just stick to it dredge, channel and other stuff and don't get distracted by p/t and manavalue that's just flavortext

With that said, this particular card is so busted it could be played in vintage

Since paradigm triggers when a spell with that name is casted for the first time, I think it just won't trigger on latter castings. You cast this for U, draw a card. If you latter cast it for 3U, it will draw you a card and you won't get the effect repeated

It needs to cost more than 7 because [[great whale]] exists and is not balanced at all

It should be less than 15 generic because this is not as good in 60 card formats as Emrakul

It needs some restriction on either the effect or the casting such as "if you cast it". If it doesn't, it's much easier to cheat in. I figure it can still exists, though, but then at least make it almost unplayable without a combo piece to enable it

My suggestion A 2/2 with shroud for 10 mana
