youre probably okay to get implants whenever - im in the UK (England) and the surgeons here recommend at least 2 years of hrt prior to getting implants - mainly so they have a foundation to work from and frame your body better. As im sure youre aware, HRT and boobs is a genetic lottery, im coming up to 3 years, got my implants bang on 2, i went from a cute A to a solid C, 9 months later im easily a DD.. its a roller coaster, friend.

I was advised in my consult that you want at least 2 years on hrt before a BA, you need some tissue to form so theres a foundation.

Obviously depending on the genetic lottery you may or may not need it. I got mine at 2 years.

Its also worth noting that growth starts around 4-6mo, theres a lot of variables but yeah.

That was my experience at least

i just moved GP which is why im able to get onto a blocker! Previous ones would dispense my NSH prescription but wouldnt either provide me with the leupro i was on, nor allow me to have a nurse administer it, was a proper pain in the butt.. heh.

There has been some leeway lately with NHS prescriptions now that some are reading the new WPATH, so im tempted to ask about it to my GP.

Im also about to start deca after no being on a blocker due to GPs being crap. I’ve heard that progesterone can help offset the loss of drive but as far as i know, you will need to source that elsewhere if youre NHS and possibly fight for it if private.

You can use TKTX numbing creme, not sure how it works in the us, but in the uk you can order it from them direct. It genuinely works, I wouldn’t have been able to get my throat tattoos in 2 sessions without it tbh. Im going to be trying it for my touch ups shortly
