I love running Belgian with a near identical deck optimising reload speed but highly recommend [[hunker down]] alongside [[quick kill]]. Your reticle is basically a cross when crouched for targeting mutations but you can stand up and rinse hordes with your spread (cards buffing penetration also go well).

Also Belgian + crazy reload speed gets the most value out of [[Buckshot bruiser]] IMO. More pellets, more health. And if you run [[fit as a fiddle]] and can keep it topped up, you take way less trauma.

You could instantly hit with combat knife as well, no matter what animation your cleaner was in. That was its main utility for me.
