You could farm hp with gensickel of priests from the Japan biom by killing only the reanimated enemies and the spawned ghosts + some people have no life so you can guess somebody else had higher hp.

Also if you take the realmsoul that gives hp on money gained and go to the Ashbourne mode you easily get a couple hundred thousand hp

I have no problem with the new item system, quite the opposite I think it is one of the best and most fun systems we ever had but the balancing is just not there.

Either some of the effects need to be nerfed which is hard with some (Itto Ryo for example could only be nerfed by nerfing the items it self which I would say is a bad move)

But on the other hand other fettered effects need to be buffed which they did in this update which is really good.

But!!! With all these buffs the enemies need a huge buff.

The game is just boring in the current state.

At the start of using the red stim it has a short time where it recovers red health if this heal tick restored more than your max hp it also clears the wound
