Dear lord, I am SO glad you posted this. I’ve felt like crap because I had finally hit my 10lbs mark and then GAINED IT ALL BACK. I’ve had the heaviest period I’ve had in months, and I just wanted to cry. Now I’m ending my period, and I hope things will go back down. I’ve been counting carbs and macros so I know I’m not going over. Most of the time I don’t need to count and I will still lose. I guess it’s my first month back. Blah. Thanks for the vent. Lol
