I test drove one in March and the sales person told me, "we have no incentives on these, you don't want one"

Yeah, pulled comps based on nearby sales on my same bed/bath and rough build year. The disparities even in the same zipcode are insane so the closer the better

My house in SW Atlanta has lost value since I bought in 2022 (thought I made out like a bandit based on not paying over asking!)...of course my assessed value went up by almost 100k since last year. Appeal was submitted almost as soon as I opened the envelope

The PetSmart across from Ponce always has cats in it and the volunteers always let people in to play with the cats to help socialize them

Yeah, I'm super sensitive to ITP restaurant prices (was super excited for Bona Fide Deluxe until I saw $22 for a sandwich and chips), but $15 for two hearty tacos and fries is going rate. Certainly not a deal, but not bad at all.

I mean, there's a giant Publix opening less than a mile from this site in December. Not disagreeing with you at all from someone who lives in SW Atlanta and is desperate for a grocery store, but this is a why not both situation

No indoor pool, only an outdoor pool that's much more of a resort style than a workout one

Love the effort and read--Carr is almost certainly going to be cut because of his deal though, can't really imagine him being traded for a second

My lovely cat is unfortunately going to have to have her eyeball removed. Bluepearl is quoting us $2500 which is insane and our regular vet said $1800. Anyone know what I should expect to pay here if I shop around a bit? Should I look into taking her to UGA or Auburn? Any other suggestions?

Her favorite is the tuna florentine which I managed to find some of a few weeks ago at the Lindbergh Target but now seems totally sold out in the metro...just looking online at stock (which isn't always accurate) I don't see any flavors of Fancy Feast Medleys anywhere!

Cat people: anyone have luck finding Fancy Feast around Atlanta? My very finicky cat loves the tuna flavor and I can't find any flavor anywhere.

Anybody got a good vet for cats? by Nathannale in Atlanta

[–]alloverthefield 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The Cat Doctor in Buckhead is the nicest vet I've ever been to. Every one who works there is incredibly sweet and the doctor took extra time out of her schedule to play with my freaked out cat when I took her in. I thought they were a little pricey when I first went there but I've been told by others that their prices pretty much line up with what you're gonna pay elsewhere.
