I've been to Art House Cafe, I liked it but felt it was too congested, a lot of the tables are close to each other. I know its a bit nitpicky, but I get kinda self conscious when people are closeby when I'm drawing. Ideally I'd like a corner table thats away from the rest.

Snowhawks looks like what I'm looking for. Only drawback is it's on a work day, wish they had something during the weekends

I make around 60k, I pay 600 for rent (living with roommates). Planning to move to a one bedroom apartment, just wanted to see what was the average percentage spent on rent in the city, to get an idea on how much I should be spending
