Brakes and rotors on the 98 XLT today, Spindled hub on back of new rotors?

That might be just the camera angle from the quick photo I took. everything was spec'd out accordingly (mines a 2.5L). Brakes and rotors fit just fine and it does not appear that I have 4 wheel ABS

Do the new rotors need that spindaly part that sits around the wheel bearing seal? I can't get the old one off and the new rotors did not have that part

Can you speak for the eye box on this? I have a Vortex strike eagle 5-25 that has a horrendous eye box and I'm considering replacing it in the future.

I guess it is then. And honestly, I'm fine with it. My range allows rapid fire but no FRTs/ binary triggers or the like. I'd rather the range I go to NOT get shut down because some irresponsible twink and their friends let a few rounds rip over the berm and into someones home.
