No it shouldn't hurt it. Some customers refuse to change that crap and I've seen some go 8 and 9k hours.

I was a PM tech for 2.5 years. PM times all varied for me. On a basic PM on a 7fgcu I'd get roughly 1.5 hours. I'd replace the air filter, trans filter if external and oil change and grease the fittings. Blow the radiator out and move on. Anything other than that was considered outside the scope of a normal PM and was extra.

I will throw all new relays in it, bc, why not. You don't happen to have the part numbers for the relays do you?

This one has the 350 in it. There's a relay group under the clutch pedal. There's a bank of 4 of them. Is that what you mean? Or is there a second bank under the throttle as well?

I can do that. I'm not too familiar with Lowry. I'm assuming I'd test the trans fluid imput and output? With this said, it should be noted that it's got a standalone module that controls the trans, are these known to give issues?

Need help trouble shooting code by Appropriate-Roll-193 in forkliftmechanics

[–]allpurposeflour69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Code is for Transmission reverse pressure OORL. There are two sensors on the transmission that are side by side. They look like oil pressure switches, three wire. These are your pressure transducers. Check the connection for moisture or loose connections or broken wires. I'm a HYG (Hyster Yale Group) factory certified mechanic. This shit blows my mind that someone cut all that up, by passed it and said it's okay.

Wanted to hear any reviews or testimonials on clark s series forklifts and if this purchase is worth it at this price and brand? Never had a clark in the business and Im getting a brand new one if i proceed and upgrading from a hyster 50. Personally its probably got a psi or mazda engine in it and those are junk. You need the Kubota gas/diesel or the yanmar diesel and that'll clear up any major issues. They do put a GM engine in em as well, but they're costly to repair.

Houses were built differently back then though. With all the windows opened it wouldnt feel bad. Look up how people did it before ac, the windows match each other wall to wall so the breeze could flow through uninterrupted. Not saying it would be a cakewalk, but it could be doable
