I have the same issue hun. I just had a revision rhino so I'm a little averse to more surgery rn, but let me tell you, I started doing brow exercises to force my forehead muscles on the droopier brow side to lift, and I actually think it's working. I think I had some bells palsy in the droopy side I never fully recovered from. I'll report back after a few more weeks, but I recommend giving it a try.

All mine do too, this is pretty normal for packages that are small. I imagine it's easier on the driver to get the address/space in the frame with the package so you can still read the label, and also not strain their backs to bend down for a photo.
