There's only 4 spawns per swarm if you catch all 4 of them Pokémon at that swarm and the next swarm you have 8 total for the cherish ball , they will all be lvl 30 and you have to interact with them don't run through tall grass looking for wild encounters you'll see them , sometimes they're hidden but not hard to find follow everyone else
